RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, we follow a 14-day return policy during which the customer must inform the retail that they would like to return or exchange an item. The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused within 14 days of the notification that the item will be returned.

 

The customer must provide a valid reason for his request. 

The customer will return the product to the shipping address, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.

 

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping 

We offer express delivery for the USA only.

The shipping time is between 4 to 13  days.

If you're in Europe, the free shipping time is 20-40 days. Feel free to contact us for Express Shipping.
